Educational and organizational support help to promote the capability of community housing development organizations and nonprofit organizations to keep, rehabilitate, and build housing for low and very low-income person and families. This activity can consist of, however is not limited to:
1) Organizational support to cover expenses for training, technical, and other help to the board of directors, staff, and members of the non-profit group or community housing development organization.
2) Program support as well as technical help or support and training connected to housing development, housing management, or other subjects related to the stipulation of housing or housing services, and
3) Studies and analyses of housing requirements.
