Home Inspection is simply a thorough cursory visual inspection of the current physical condition of a building. The most important focus of the Home Inspection is on the grounds & foundation, exterior, plumbing, roof, heating, electrical/cooling, interior, garage, kitchen and bathrooms.
In other word it is a non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, time and again in connection with the sale of that home.
